● Processing Time: All orders are packed and shipped within 3–4 business days of purchase. If you bought a video, it will post on social media business days after that specific stream ends.

● Shipping Rates: We ship nationwide across the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and your destination zip code. Heavy items (like large crystal towers, pyramids, and glass) may increase shipping costs slightly.

● Tracking Your Order: Once your shipping label is printed, you will instantly receive a confirmation email containing your USPS or UPS tracking number.

● Sales Tax: We are a registered business operating out of Utah. Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on state and local guidelines.
