Yes, 100%. All of our towers, spheres, palm stones, and 2-inch angels are hand-carved from authentic, natural gemstone minerals. Our stationery utilizes genuine leather, and our safety gear uses high-decibel electronics. We do not use plastic replica crystals.

Can I request specific colors or items in my box?

Part of the magic is letting the universe choose! Because the bin uses a strict mathematical ratio to stay fair for everyone, we cannot manually swap out standard items. However, for items like spell candles or essential oil rollers, we always ask you what "vibe" or color you prefer before packing it.

I ordered two boxes from the same niche. Will they be identical?

Because our vault contains over 60 distinct item varieties, it is highly unlikely your boxes will be identical! While you may occasionally receive a duplicate core essential (like a premium pen or candle flavor), the statement pieces, crystal varieties, and accessories will vary wildly from box to box.

Due to the custom, highly curated, and surprising nature of our Mystery Boxes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on color preferences, crystal varieties, or duplicate items

What if an item arrives broken or damaged?

Your items are packed securely with heavy-duty protective bubble wrap. However, if an item arrives broken or damaged during transit, we will gladly replace it! You must email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item sitting inside its original shipping box.
