Gamification Agreement; By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following interactive terms:

You are guaranteed the retail value of items of your purchase price. (ex. you purchased a $70 Tier Mystery Box you will get items total valued at $70 retail price)
* Fulfillment & Verification: For pre-recorded orders, your guaranteed wheel spins and capsule twists are executed fairly by our fulfillment team inside our private studio during the assembly of your package. To guarantee total transparency, your specific game results ( including bonus scoops, capsule rewards, or luxury upgrades) will be documented via printed destiny receipt placed directly inside your shipping box.
*Video Fulfillment Queue: Purchasing a tier that includes a Packing Video (or adding the video upgrade at checkout) guarantees that your order's assembly, wheel spins, and capsule twists will be recorded, edited and posted to our official social media channels. Due to Viral order volumes, please allow up to 3-5 business days post-shipment for your video to be published on our feed.
