Welcome to Flower Power Love Ltd. Co. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, packing video shopping events, and any associated gamified purchase features, including wheel spins and capsule twists (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the Service, purchasing our multi-tiered mystery boxes, or entering into a recurring subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.
 
 
1. Eligibility and Age Verification
 
General Use
You must be at least 18 years of age to access this website and purchase standard retail tiers.

 
2. Gamified Retail and Recorded Packing Videos
 
The "Mystery" Nature of Goods
By purchasing a mystery box, mystery scoop, or tiered package, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the exact items, colors, styles, and variants inside your box are unknown at the time of purchase. Each box will be guaranteed retail value of items equaling the purchased price. (ex: you purchased a Tier 1 at $70 your items will have a  total retail value of $70)
 
 
Reward Mechanics (Wheel Spins & Capsule Twists)

Prizes, extra scoops, or ticket drops (Enchanted Keepsakes and Crown Jewel) earned through our wheel or capsule mechanics are promotional modifications to your mystery order.
 

• Odds are determined by the pricing tier purchased.
   

• These rewards will be included in the guaranteed retail value items of your purchased price.

 
 
3. Subscription Accounts and Billing
 
Subscription Life cycles

By signing up for a monthly recurring subscription, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method automatically on a repeating monthly basis until you cancel. 
 
Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your customer portal dashboard. To prevent the billing of the next consecutive cycle's box, you must cancel at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to your scheduled automatic renewal date.
 
Failed Payments

If an automatic billing attempt fails, we reserve the right to pause your subscription shipment and retry the payment method until successfully cleared.
 

 
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the commercial shipping carrier.
 
 
4. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
 
All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom-curated, interactive, and surprise nature of mystery boxes, mystery scoops, and recorded-packed orders, all transactions are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on customer dissatisfaction with the mystery items received.
 
Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives broken, cracked, or structurally defective during transit, you must notify our support team at support@flowerpowerlove.studio within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. You must include clear photo evidence of the damaged product and original shipping packaging to qualify for a replacement or store credit adjustment.
 
 
5. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Service—including web text, custom graphic illustrations, logos, tier naming conventions, interface designs, videos, and digital wheel animations—is the property of Flower Power Love Ltd. Co. and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping of our intellectual assets is strictly prohibited. 
 
 
6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Flower Power Love Ltd. Co., its directors, employees, partners, or wholesale suppliers be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from: 
 

• Your use or inability to use the Service.

• Any unauthorized access to or alterations of your digital transaction data.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, dispute resolution mechanism, or lawsuit arising directly from these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
